Manager

The manager is the control center of the platform for the business.

Here you can execute all the actions needed to operate the platform, get insights, handle benefit programs, create segments, etc

POS and Ecommerce

The sale channels of your business are the cornerstone of the connection with Wapping, as the platforms operate transactionally connected in both of them, allowing to apply the business loyalty strategy directly, applying changes and new directions in real time.

The connection is done via Checkout API, a modern rest API optimized to process millions of transactions simultaneously.

Once the connection is done, all the power is given to the business and marketing teams, as new strategies, benefits or actions will be possible to execute in minutes.

Customer Wallet

The customer can interact with the business in different ways.

Wapping offers the Customer Wallet in different sizes and flavours, allowing the customer to access and use it in the most convenient way for them.

The wallet can be accessed by the customer from the different channels:

• Whatsapp
• Mobile pass (Google and Apple Wallet)
• Mobile app, both connected if already existing, or a new one provided by Wapping
• Web App, directly in the web, from any device
• API ready Wallet to allow the custom integration in any system
